CHARIS was founded in Silicon Valley by Stephanie Field—a clinical psychologist, mother of five, and recent widow—following the sudden passing of her husband in 2024.
In the stillness that followed, Stephanie found herself navigating the realities of grief, motherhood, and reinvention. What emerged wasn’t a business plan, but a deeper vision: to build a platform where gifting becomes a form of expression—one that honors life’s transitions, carries memory, and creates meaning.
