Shipping

Every CHARIS order ships complimentary. Standard shipping is included in the price of each piece, with no separate delivery charge. We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order is on its way, we will share tracking details so you can follow it to its destination. Delivery times vary by location. If your gift is meant for a particular date or occasion, please tell us when you order and we will do our best to help it arrive in good time.

Returns

If a piece isn’t right, you may return it within 90 days of delivery. We keep this window generous on purpose — a gift is often chosen well ahead of the occasion it’s meant for, and we would rather give you room than rush you.

Returned items should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To begin a return, simply email us and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and review the returned piece, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, flawed, or not as ordered, please contact us within 21 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping, at no cost to you. A photograph of the item, where possible, helps us resolve things quickly.

Personalized & Bespoke Pieces

Items that have been monogrammed, engraved, or otherwise personalized or made to order for you are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, since they cannot be offered to anyone else. We will always make this clear at the time of purchase.
