Gifting Consultations

CHARIS offers paid gifting consultations. The fee for a consultation is $500 for a session of approximately twenty (20) minutes. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, and a consultation is confirmed only once payment has been received. Consultations are arranged by email.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us by email in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative time. Fees for missed appointments, or for cancellations made without reasonable advance notice (less than 24 hours), are non-refundable.

A gifting consultation provides guidance on gift selection, personalization, and related matters. It does not guarantee any particular product, availability, or outcome. Any personal information you share during a consultation, including details about a gift recipient, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Important: A CHARIS gifting consultation is a gifting and lifestyle service only. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical, medical, or professional psychological service, and it does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or other professional treatment relationship. CHARIS consultations are separate from, and unrelated to, any clinical psychology practice. If you are seeking mental health support, please consult a licensed professional.

Purchases and Terms of Sale

The following terms apply to purchases of products through the Website. Additional details about delivery, returns, and refunds are set out in our separate Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include complimentary standard shipping within the United States. We currently ship within the United States only. We may update prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the time we accept it. Payment is collected through our third-party payment processor when you place your order, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes.

Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order; until then, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to product unavailability, an error in pricing or description, or suspected fraud — and if we have already charged you for an order we cannot fulfill, we will refund it.

Risk of loss. Risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us and we will make it right, as described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, and descriptions accurately, but actual appearance may vary with your screen, and we do not warrant that all product information is always complete or error-free.
